I was speaking to a really nice elderly lady that i met in a restaurant earlier today, in the convo i asked her the secret to her 58 years of marriage, This is exactly what she told me. ” The secret to the perfect relationship is good communication and very good sex” All i thought was wow, She is 83 Years of age and looks not a day over 50 ish. So i guess one of those is actually a secret to looking young too 🙂
